Lol. Nigel has said AVZ will start at a 2Mtpa operation.
Average Sn grade for Roche Dure is 866ppm.
2Mt x 866ppm x 80% recoveries is 1,385 tonnes.
Given that the Sn will be produced as a by-product it's probably going to be something like a 20% concentrate. Expect payability at maybe 90% of LME prices (currently $19,700).
So 1,385 x 19,700 x 90% = $24.57m
2Mtpa operation at 1.5% will produce 350,000-400,000 tonnes of spod.
So even taking the lower end of that range $24.57m/350,000 tonnes = $70.
And that assumes no cost of production, so I was probably being generous.
If you want to provide better reasoning be my guess but don't tell me I made stuff up.
Also a bit hypocritical for everyone else to be able to estimate transport costs but because I am a "high profile member" but really it's cos I am a non holder I am not alllowed.
