I can’t see why you wouldn’t understand but maybe I am reading it wrong? What I saw was 50% off June 29 price so 3.9c not 5c also any loan funded scheme with upside and no downside is just an option - sometimes they are used for tax or accounting purposes but the math is generally the same and so far total ownership has changed between 2 people but still both together own 35% so no change to us outsiders - perhaps it’s a set up but the brokers I talk to say the company won’t even entertain a capital raise so there must be some confidence that adequate funding is in place or coming or available. Perhaps from them taking control but not before offering it to all of us first - that is not allowed.
Anyway - got a good feeling about this now that June is over so if I sounded narky I apologise.
