Because you are clutching at straws, I will say that Wednesday evening, information was received with an attempt to hold off issuing the 249D "details in previous post" and I can tell you 3 minutes after the information was received there was a formal complaint lodged with ASIC and the ASX........
And just for your information the messages were sent by a director of an ASX listed company who also is/was a corporate governance lawyer .......
