No I mean when a hospital and internal pharmacy group won't accept medication supplied by an outside pharmacy supplier to the hospital patient resulting in several weeks wastage on either side of a few days stay in a hospital stay. Then when a patient has multiple visits to hospital you might understand the level of waste per year per patient visit.
