I guess also, if enough people take the view that PGF is a better buy right now, the discount to NTA could close in coming weeks and then make P25PA more attractive. I suppose it's the arbitrage between them that should theoretically help both trade near NTA going forward - though not everyone thinks in their recommended 7-year timeframe.
