    Agree, the possibility to drill future wells through the interburden and indirectctly frac both seams together is mind blowing... It would have a very strong impact on the overall economics...

    * The Jaws-1 now has at least access to about 9 million m3 of stimulated coal (within a seam of 36m vertical thickness)
    * Using a bulk density of 0.7 (PSI and other: is this a good eastimate?) equals about 6.3 million t stimulated coal
    * gas content of 6.0 m3/t corresponds to 37.8 million m3 resp. 1.33 bcf

    From this eastimate (hope its reasonably correct) the Jaws-1 alone should have access to at least 1.33 bcf of gas.

    The efficiency of future wells could be increased by about 50% (for example in the case of the Jaw1 to about 2 bcf) if STX is able to stimulate the two seams togehter in future wells.

    ... and in additon the 24m (not 15m!) thickness of the Vm3 coal may support the future 'spectre' well concept with (revised) just two laterals for three different seams (and 77m of net coal)...

    It seems the company will have a lot of options to optimize the economics in a development phase of the the project and if all goes to plan and the well flows as expected this could be a very profitable business with major scale...
