doubt anyone will touch cnp as a whole company with pending law suites etc. The board will also be a work in progress.They will simply end up selling off assets for the next 3-6 months to satisfy debt. Thats a very clean play for a buyer. I guess as we see what and how much they get for these assets, will give us a better idea of whats left for shareholders after all the banks etc get paid out first. As we have seen with MFS, private equity groups will want the cream of the assets for a good price or will walk away.Its a buyers market. CNP's shopping centres in OZ should bring some decent cash in the door. I dont know about the other stuff. hope you guys make some good money.
