They have $6.05m cash in hand, the true value of the stock is valued at the price the directors are willing to pay IMO (not the market) because they're the only people that know what's going on.
If you truly believe there is no value at these levels then why on earth would you hold, do you buy a lot of stocks you feel have no value, this some new strategy i haven't heard about?
