i reckon it's all in the hands of Hugh Callaghan. If he keeps them updates coming thick and fast, most of the new blood will be thrilled into holding.
there has certainly been no shortage of progress since he took over, and that is through some really rocky patches. i can not see him relenting now that the cream is about to rise.
