GF cant make a hostile bid for CQT. Sure they can offer 70c but dont forget that CQT shareholder have to approve this. Given the company is worth 90c-$1.20 just on resource and money in the bank, I doubt that CQT major shareholders (JT and others) will just give their stock away. The reason why management dont care about the price is because they probably think GF will take them over for a premium on the NPV (currently approx 90c). The problem come when GF dosnt make a bid for CQT. Then what?
