SP3, that link you provided indicates that International Power are looking to use RWE technology to dry their brown coal.
RWE are the second biggest German power group, and plan to invest 30 billion euros (44 billion US dollars) by 2012. In 2007 RWE posted a net profit of 2.66 billion euros.
SP3 - The only indication that International Power may consider ESI technology is a vague mention on slide 9 where it says "Other coal drying initiatives" is this what you are talking about?
