First he signs us up to a flawed protocol which constrains developed nations regarding emissions etc but allows undeveloped ones to increase or start polluting(guess where industry would be headed). Second he says sorry sort of on behalf of the government but not on behalf of those of us who feel we have nothing to apologize for and states that there will be no compensation claims !!!!!!!!!. Does he not understand that like it or not he speaks for all australians? Perhaps he should think for a long time before making such decisions instead of inane attempts to impress the voters.
