I have read the announcement regarding the halt. It says 'a capital raising'. This could indicate a singular capital raising event or raising of capital from a single entity.

There is a large amount of speculation about this trading halt announcement and there is no real information released.

What we do know:
Large Iron ore target;
Two signifcant neighbours in RIO & FMG with infrastructure, large iron ore deposits and established markets; and
A world wide demand for iron ore with rising ore prices.

FDL is speculative, and it can go up, down or sideways. Only time will tell.
