Even a 1:1 dilution would bring total shares on issue to nearly 5 Billion. Suspect more later, essentially for "Working Capital".
The usual Modus Operantdi indicates that there would be subsequent further dilution , maybe with a Consolidation to entice a few more Newbies into the circle.
