Should we take the action by John Saunders as a shrewd positive indicator.....

Instead of using a heap of cash in rewarding his employees with a cash bonus he's given them a reasonably substantial share holding which won't have cost him the amount he would potentially want to spend for the bonus. But the longer term benefits for his employees must be known by him. He wouldn't have much credibility with his employees if he knowingly gave them a reward which was looking to become worthless. Just a thought.
