Valued as a mere shell?, page-22

I am a sucker for the wheeling and dealing of this company also. I got in 5 years ago and invested a critical $300,000 when the company was almost dry. I had 10,000,000 shares. I have watched news events being sqaundered along with raised capital being squandered on the management team. Everytime we are diluted through capital raising there are more incentivised shares being thrown around to Directors that have done nothing but raise money like there is no shareholder consideration at all. I also suffered the 1:30 share consolidation and I now hold 300,000 shares. I did not re-invest because I could no longer trust the company. I would be interested to hear other peoples thoughts on who keeps shorting this company.
