    hello all.as a 1 mill buyer of fdl at 1.2 cents i think we all have to face the fact that fdl has had its day and i am thinking they will retrace.more than likely the capital raising will also include a share restructure hence the trading halt.my opinion only and please do your research.best of luck to holders.regards Andy
