That ann reads that they are neraing completion of the DESIGN of the lspp....they are still tweaking the flowsheet....forget about the plant itself ...they as yet have not announced a site despite showing rocks that might be useful in the plant...should it be built somewhere..tba..
Plus they are at bench scale restart on vspp....that means they are putting the lab back together....could be a long time and some dilution until something actually comes out of it.
