How do you really know what is going on behind the scenes, your faith in management who have demonstrated they cannot meet deadlines is amazing.
When things go well , Management will be the first to put their hand up to say what a great job we have done, so great we should reward ourselves with incentive bonuses and in the money options.
Unfortunately due to the 2 missed deadlines, some investors will be taking the safe option and selling. It is unfair and disappointing that EAR cannot achieve the deadlines they announce.
Yes I am not happy with this mob.
