Not a matter of IF but WHEN will it be taken over . Onshore, proven oil in existence in a historically produceable oil geology .
INP is very undervalued as we all agree, with market value for expensive offshore oil demonstrating a value for INP's reserves at around $4.50 a share.
I think BPT,STO,and ARQ may be potential contenders eventually .
Someone will have to make a jump soon .
Can't tell traders but value investors need to accumulate with patience .
