The tone is starting to sound quite narky - and the slowness/breakdown in communication is really delaying the lifting of the suspension.

The buyback from JBL is an item that still needs resolving, but we're going back to March here - if resolving this was a prerequisite to relisting, HML should have been informed long before now.

BHD is in a similar situation with corrective action from JBL and they're still trading... (whoops I've jinxed it, sorry BHD holders maybe the ASX are reading this and will now suspend you too).
