PE is high but so is EPS growth. Of course it will get punished if doesn't deliver on this growth. Is it too high? Yes, it would be nice if it was on a PE of 20 but that is unlikely. Offshore is doing pretty good and that has a bigger market.
If houses are not selling then they will be listed for longer so revenue comes that way. There will/could be fluctuations in sales and REA but I expect it to be a lot higher in 3 years.
