Only 10 mill shares at say 10c.....thats only $1 mill

Wouldn't be worth the effort...

i think (hope) it will be more like 100 mill shares at least and $10 mill although $20 mill (200 mill shares) at 10c would be the best idea at this point


Yes would cause some dilution possibly but 200 mill is only 15% of total shares/options

So SP might drop back to 10.5-11c....no harm done short term

Then again with a good anns with it and SP may actually move up.
