Comparing the two looks to be a bit misleading.
COB's ore is a pyrite and roasting is being employed rather than flotation (expensive!). Their subsequent leach process requires higher temperatures and pressure in autoclaves than CLA has already stated they require and due to the comparison you have already made, CLA would require much smaller autoclaves due to less throughput for equal output (any autoclaves CLA would purchase would be less expensive).
Anyway just my 2c wouldn't read too much into comparing COB and CLA...
