If you cant see the reasons for comparing MAK and IPL you have your head up your arse. IPL imports rock phosphate from Morrocco, MAK is just down the road. Look at the company's income statement, if they can source the product from a closer source and reduce costs, or increase their self sufficiecy by gaining control of this raw material (takeover), it is directly value acceditive to them.
