RAT and REU were stand alond property trusts when first listed.
CER loans came later, thats why i exited.
But many dont have a clue and trust directors of these vehicles.
Accountability rests with them as they use other peoples money.
the whole RAT, REU, RJT and AFG is borderline cirminal.
