Some time must pass, but my guess is that the key issue is whether there is insider KNOWLEDGE of
a material fact. There are likely other internal and ASX black-out periods.

They have publicly stated that promising off-take and financing negotiations are under way.
So this is public knowledge.

The only thing that is ruled out, is that an AGREEMENT had been reached, and not disclosed publicly, at the time of RF's purchases.

It would be very surprising for RF to make an error on this. But my guess is that an major announcement will not occur so closely to RF's purchases, that it raises doubt on the issue. A few weeks from the time of purchase would likely be sufficient. Mid-July.
