The purification process is to convert anyone's flake graphite into spherical graphite, which can then be supplied to the existing / future battery manufactures, the other company owns all of this IP.

Just to correct you on another point, every other graphite company in Tanzania have more offtake agreements than your the so called leader you talk about, It would appear that MNS are the company that is quickly falling behind the others. The one agreement that MNS has, doesn't even need Nachu Graphite.
