Perhaps, you should take a drive up to Beenyup ( WA ) , and see CLQ's name on some certain columns.
While I am not a CLQ SHr, I can see what is going on.
Not only will the JV between CLQ and Ionic Industries benefit their own independent water purification raison detr'es'.
There are also at least two other reasons for such a JV.
Yeah, the Graphene Membrane will be a massive hit, in both waste water treatment and reverse osmosis = desalinisation.
Secondly, the membrane in a solid battery = re Scandium.
Lastly should one do some research Graphene ( supersand ) is a far better absorbent of scandium than any other material IMO.
Having seen your posting history, I get where your coming from, but its a one dimensional point of view.
