please help me guys, page-22

This happend to me the other day i sold shares with a SRN via comsuc and the sale/SRN went thru. Three days later i bought them back after a change of mind with a diff of $360odd to pay after a cross trade....

The other day i looked at my portfolio and the shares were missing, i rang comsuc and they told me the SRN was wrong and i had sold shares that did not exsist??? and boughthem back with a $360+BF's diff????

The SRN was correct and the holdings exsisted and confirmed....They told me this was a very rare case and protocol should have prevented it (tested it-wrong SRN=no sale) but it was my fault?????the system stuffed up....ripped and pissed off....and they charged me for the BF's...anyone else had this happen, why shouldnt i get my money back...
