chm claim is an absolute joke.
It will be so good to see the plaintiff squirm. And they have already started. They have already shunted the case from their personal names to chm to try to avoid orders against themselves for legal costs. So they passed all the risk to the shareholders. And when there is nothing left of chm - well maybe mmx and the other respondents will go behind their paper thin corporate shield to get their assets to pay the legals.
they will need deeper pockets than the measley little sum in chm's bank account.
Its going to be a very very long drawn out case. Wonder if the AH oppies are enough? Bet it aint.
