Great mind think alike and get caught by the same trap!
As you say, I liked 1) the discount to the NTA and 2) the yield (thought maybe we'd get half the current amount as a minimum). I still like 1) and 2) will be back in due course.
Hopefully they won't sell unless they get a good price. I'd rather they held on and kept the properties rather sell for a silly price. Anyway, I got the impression that they were going to try and sell the CRE loans rather than the actual properties.
I guess I am getting married to this stock (I promise to have and to hold).
