I can assue you I lost money too from King's $550m raising plan and I am not a fan of King.

Market has changed. For 12 months period, property trusts on average lost 1/3 value (losing half or 3 quarters of value have become the norm for this sector), we identified this change only when it became reality, otherwise you and me would have sold out earlier and all hold cash and be happy now.

The cruel reality is mfs has to survive first before recovery. And I do see actions taken/decision made by the new board after Jan 18 are proper.
