i agree that the 35% stake in stella is worth a decent amount and will probably increase significantly otherwise CVC would not have bought the 65%.

the problem is after all properties have been sold and all debt has been cleared, i am not sure what the net position will be.

the financial service business is no more, i know that being in the industry.

so you could end up with some debt and the share in stella but with no dividends from stella how do they service the debt.

on the other hand i would be happy for just the share in stella over the coming years but i am not sure we shall be that lucky.

just hope the management have enough vested interest to do the right things but the advisory fees must be mounting.
