haha ... for richer or poorer. just so long as it's richer within a year!!
but yeah, unless I am mistaken there is not a huge "we must sell today" rush to divest.
what I do like about the REU properties is that they typically have very long leases. this must make them relatively easier to value and to sell for that matter - although I guess the fact that they typically have one tenant is the risk.
i certainly hope we end up being the great minds that thought alike rather than the fools that didn;t differ :-)
