I reckon he has only sold down to 4.95% from 5.80% or around 3.5m shares for proceeds of $377k (as per notice). IMHO he still has 20m odd shares and I wonder of that is what is weighing on the SP? Now that he is below the 5% threshold he will no longer have to update the market on any further disposals.

No real interest in the stock to absorb the "sellers".

Looking forward to the next update re fracking.
