Hello czy0058, Looks like weve both moved from the GDA thread. Property stocks took a hammering again today and MDT was not exempt. Besides, the negative sentiment due to centro,US economy etc MDT is a property trust that is considered to have a higher than desirable gearing. However, their debt rollover arrangements should provide sufficient time to renegotiate funding and not get into the same problems as Centro. Its these strange short term funding arrangements that are causing havoc all around the world. Who was it that said sell in boom and buy in gloom? Well I bought both MDT and MCW today.As long as they can successfully extend their loans as they fall due and are not too adversely affected by downward revaluation of their assets, the sp should in due course recover to fair value.
