There is nothing new but there's a lot clarity around how they expect to raise funds in this announcement. For people who panicked yesterday and asked where they would get $550M from, this announcement is great and provides massive amount of comfort and that's one reason COB would have released this announcement. So while it does not provide any new information, it will certainly help market to boots up confidence in COB or at very least, stop further damage. Future still looks very bright for the company and long term holders will win.
