Also,i was very disappointed to see part of the report written as "patchy but significant"!! Straight away the connotations of a good report are washed away with doubt. I know we are a small company,but we really do need to work on our marketing a hell of a lot better than this,i think.
And as far as marketing goes,the company web site is a a joke really. Hasn't been updated since about November last year.
