Interesting article. Looks like selling shares to but property may not work this time. As the article suggests if interest rates keep climbing then property values are likely to fall.... Forget trying to make 20-30% in property over 1-2 years... Hold on for the long term 10-15years..

Also reading in this weekends financial review that some American banks are expected to collapse!!! Especially those that are mostly involved in real estate...
Apparently the level of cash injection by the central banks of the world is unprecedented!!!
We are truly witnessing a once in a lifetime event...
Lets hope our banks have enough capital to survive these turbulent times..
