definitely. you can only control what you can. have to say though without the cockswami sooks on twit it probably wouldn't even be an issue, the table that was put together... could be put together by anyone here from data already out there. I get the reasoning with his position but it's not anything we don't already know I'm pretty sure, and definitely no worse than other companies and their social media output. The point being... either enforce it properly and have ASX employees monitoring social media outlets and get up with the times or don't. allowing twitter trolls to dictate what is and isn't allowed only gives them relevance and makes the ASX look amateur.
the ASX is by no means a level playing field... so it's frustrating when they get picky on which part they allow or don't allow.
