CVI do not own Matanda. There is no agreement with Turnberry. If Matanda gets sold there will, presumably, not be any funds coming to CVI.
As MS said in the last BRR interview, Conrad is telling him that everything is not "right" to commit just yet to Matanda and MS needs to keep negotiating.
Matanda is FINISHED. It has been finished for ages.
