I would not be so sure that OXR has a superior resource base. ZFX has ramped up progressing the feasability of Dugald River and has a number of partnerships so that it can develop a long resource base. But, it is still a work in progress. If you listen to the words from ZFX, they sound exactly like BHP and RIO and VALE. ie Long life low cost mines that are expandable. ZFX wishes to aquire AGM because it fits this bill. I agree with the geopolitical risk that OXR has. All you need is for a country where OXR is mining to do a Mugabe and it is all over.
