No disrespect to you but why would anybody need to get expert advice as to the offer when our esteemed board get their act together wont they be sending the Independent Expert report out to every shareholder so they can then work out if the offer is fair and equitable to them, not sure why they would waste money on a financial expert or a professional to decipher a document that clearly states you will lose your company for 4.2cps if you sell them your shares if you dont sell then the company moves on with a better board.
