Will ZFX make a play for CUO..... big call but an abvious target.... they would have to by on market to get controlling interest...

So if they do go have a go... they would have to pay at least $1.00 before the merger goes through... and more likely higher given whats on offer in real value in MXX....

so if they want mine shares they will need to cough up big time.....

Should they wait until after the the merger.... its game over.... and would not get control.... so if they are going to have a go... it would have to be hostile and soon....

Either way CUO shares will be back around $1.00 inside of 12 months.....
