yes - if Uran would only communicate frequently and effectively we wouldn't have to go about scouring through overseas press reports wondering what it all means to our investments. We do really need to know what has been agreed, what will remain firm etc. CR and Ukraine have a long way to go before processes there are straight forward and in the best interests of their respective economies.
As investors we need to see evidence of the JVs at this point. Its become just a bit too faith based and waiting in ernest expectation of the 'second coming' A.
