I'm not convinced doing a tally on here is the best way to go. We should take it offline if we want to work out the numbers. I can coordinate if necessary.

The reasons are
1. You can bet someone from Taurus is watching (some may not care)
2. Taurus can match our names to HC ID and some may lose anonymity. Especially those with an odd number holding like Van (some may not care)
3. I would love to see Taurus and Galt being forced to sweat it out to see what, if any, further acceptances they get.

As at 14/5/18 there were 252,926,162 shares on issue.

On the last sub shareholder notice Taurus said they owned 219,392,783 shares (86.74%)

The notice this week said they owned 86.85% of RRP shares. (I work this out to be 219,666,372)

They need a 90% minimum to effectively snooker us, this means they need a further 7,967,175 shares to accept to get their 90%.

According to the top 20 shareholders in the annual report (which was apparently as at 28/2/18) the next largest holder held something like 2.8m shares. They are going to need numerous holders to accept to get the 90%. The report said there were 695 total holders.
There is some doubt over the accuracy of the top 20 report, but I won't be expanding on those comments.
