Part of my email reply from Uran regarding Ukraine , where i asked given they saw fit to add the Orange Coalition article back in October 07, why no follow up...?

The answer i got was, well "mixed".

They weren't "able" to say back then...

They now expect to be able to talk about things "soon".

Are yes, that word "soon" again!

There was some "frustration" from their end, about not being able to say more to shareholders.

Perhaps the delicate nature of doing such deals, means this is how it will be until such time as Uran announces an update.

Not ideal, very frustrating & hardly transparent, but i'm happy NOT to hear minor updates if this is the way we need to operate to secure the "sign off" in Ukraine.

End of March is the cut off for tax selling in NZ, i hope to have a nice "tax problem" by then...
