This has taken way long enough ~ I agree Rusty! There is serious perspective lacking within Govt departments in SI with speed of getting things done .. though perhaps they want more than anything to get things done Right !
And then again, even our own Australian Govt departments can be beyond frustrating !!
Forgetting all of that.

Obviously it is good to read - that preparations well progressed , for action as fast as possible —and key personnel and a new chairman!
Mobilisation happening , for mining startup , including recruiting. Will be nice to see the fully signed documents !
Good to hear of high focus also on bringing Kolosori , with landowners , back into realm .
I really want to and look forward to one day visiting and seeing the island and everything happening

may be frustrating to work with (been very frustrating fair to say ) , and even scurrilous to deal with ; which behind AVQ holders now and to be forgotten in time I hope -
All we can do is give respect to a highly inexperienced administration , trying to move forwards , correctly , with people & a fledgling new country just starting out again .
Anyway, at least All have grown together.
