The company with the $10m market cap actually broke privacy laws if they showed you, someone who just walked in to look at their product and discuss the company. They have no right in showing you the actual buys and sells.
As far as law goes you can request to see the shareholder register in the office, you may acquire a copy of the top 50, 100, or 200 in Admedus by request to computershare and pay the required fee.
